G&S Logo Refresh

Danielle from Gather & Seek came to me to refine her design studio's existing logo, while maintaining its original flavor. From the start, our favorite elements were the contrast of thick and thin as well as the dramatic serif. However, we wanted to push the studio's philosophy in the concept—gathering the right pieces to seek out solutions. We landed on an approach where some of the letters are disconnected, allowing the viewer to visually connect the strokes and put together the pieces.
